We are excited to announce our May Meetup – an introduction to and demonstration of 3D Printing! A FREE one hour session at the Toronto Reference Library to see this revolutionary technology in action!
3D printers can create three-dimensional (3D) objects such as auto parts, medical devices, tools, design prototypes, models and even toys and jewelry.
The evening is free and we can accommodate only 30 people for this event, so please book your spot now to avoid disappointment.
Join us at the Toronto Reference Library Digital Innovation Hub (Yonge & Bloor) on Monday, May 29 from 6-7pm for this demonstration and introduction to 3D Printing.
If you bring your valid Toronto Public Library card, this demonstration evening will qualify you for 3D printer certification, allowing you to use the 3D printers and scanners at the Digital Innovation Hubs at selected Toronto Public Libraries. Here you can download ready-to-print designs from websites such as Thingiverse or use 3D scanner and design software to modify a design or create one of your own.
